DREAMS
We all have Dreams from time to time. They come from only two places, our Heavenly Father or the enemy of God and man.  Here are a few of the DREAMS that Sharon and I have experienced. We will post as many as we can over time.
Several of my Dreams have to do with "Water."  In the Spirit, oil, and water have to do with the presence of The Holy Spirit.

This is a modification of a much longer Dream and is one of the more beautiful Dreams I've ever had!
"He's Coming!"

I was attending a presentation in a large hall situated next to a river.  The presentation consisted of Praise Songs and Choreography.  The singers and dancers were all little children ranging in age from embryo to four years of age.  They were very polished and professional in performance.

One song stood out above the rest, "Jesus is Coming," by D. Haddon.  The children were center-stage, joined by their parents who were split into groups stage right and stage left.

During the number, the children moved in a circle, some on tricycles, some swimming, some dancing--ALL IN MID-AIR!  One little boy was swimming on his back, then turned over and disappeared, diving underwater, in the air with no water apparent.  He "surfaced" and was all wet!

This was the finale and everyone, including me, was inspired and overjoyed at the performance, and saddened that they were leaving.  They announced that they were taking a two week break and would be performing the Praise program around the world.

As the hall was emptying, I saw a young woman that I knew.  She was the leader of the production team and was standing in-between two rows of empty seats.  Everyone walking past her was congratulating her, but they seemed unaware of her sad countenance.  I went to her, put my arm around her shoulder, and told her that everything would turn out well.  She started to cry.

After a few words of comfort I hurried to the back door to take a shuttle boat that would take me upstream.  It was hot and sunny so I moved into a shaded spot on the landing to wait for the boat.  The boat came and took off before it stopped.  The captain would not wait for me to board!

Someone told me that another would soon come and there would be room for me.  It did come and was almost full.  I got on and found a seat.  We traveled upriver, the boat soon turned onto the riverbank, drove up the street and let me out at my stop.

More "water"...

This Dream had us..."Bathed in The Holy Spirit!"

Sharon and I were in bed.  Suddenly, a "hole" appeared in the ceiling over my head and "water" came pouring down, in a single column, splashing all over me.  I had no sensation of being wet nor did the bed or the sheets get wet.

The water was also splashing on Sharon and she got up to take a better look at what was happening.  I wondered aloud if the "people upstairs" knew  that water was coming down from there.  For some reason, I did not move or get up and the water continued  to pour over my head.

It did not soak the bed or pour onto the floor.  Where it went, I could not tell.   Although no lights were on, the room was brightly lit.  The "water" didn't stop.

I eventually got up to get dressed to go upstairs and see why this was happening, but I never went upstairs.  A "light" and neatly dressed friend  appeared and we started a conversation.  I don't know what we talked about, but he was very interested in the conversation.  Then, I woke up.

This is a snapshot of a DREAM that appears in my Testimony of Faith and Trust. It is the DREAM/VISION that let me know God had something for me to do!

It took place in September 2008, while I was deathly ill with something that no doctors or hospitals could determine. I had become ill in December 2007 and recovered. Then in February 2008, the “bottom fell out!” I started downhill, had examinations, blood work, biopsy after biopsy, and no one found anything.

By May 2008, I could no longer work and began hospital stays, surgeries and the like. One night that September I passed out...

The doctors had failed to come to any conclusive findings and we were only left with questions and no answers.
After several sleepless nights, not even restless sleep, I passed out on the couch from sheer exhaustion. I began to dream.   In my dream, We were on an airplane over Holland, looking at the city, canals and greenhouses. Sharon was sitting next to me and I was pointing out several landmarks. This was familiar to me because I had taken a trip to Europe several years earlier but Sharon was not with me. She was in Hawai’i. But In my dream, she was on the plane sitting next to me.

Suddenly, the plane began to soundlessly split down the middle of the aisle. Just as suddenly, there was no one on the plane but Sharon and I. She never said a word and didn’t panic. I turned around to check the plane. When I turned back to Sharon, she was sitting on the other side of the aisle that had split.
The plane finished splitting apart and Sharon’s side silently banked away. My half of the plane turned upside down and I fell out! I was hurtling towards the earth at tremendous speed. As I was falling, I thought, “Okay, this is it!” Then I prayed and submitted myself to God.
Suddenly, almost unbelievably, I heard the audible voice of God say to me, “I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.” At that moment, my fall slowed to the point that I was floating in the air. I saw a church steeple and “floated” down to the steeple. The landing was like being gently laid down on a bed of cotton. I looked down and saw a bald old man in bib overalls, putting up a ladder and coming to get me. THEN I WOKE UP.

This was an Abraham-type experience for me. He didn't exactly know what God was going to do. He did know to trust God. I didn't know what was happening with me, but I knew to trust God! I didn't know Job, but I agreed with him in spirit, “Though he slay me, yet will I trust him.” Job 13: 15. Job didn't know that the devil was behind his troubles, I didn't either. I just knew I couldn't turn my back on God. I trusted/had faith in Him. From that point on, I was not afraid of anything and had no doubt that God would take care of me.

Here is another Dream...

“Jesus is Lord!”

A DREAM of Prophecy, Revelation, and Fulfillment.

December 31, 2012
Sharon and I were up late this New Year's Eve, watching television programs about R & B musicians and singers and the (sometimes) tragic end of their careers. One of them was about the original lead singer of a very famous Motown male performing group.

He had died of a drug overdose and a well known follower of Islam was giving a eulogy at the funeral. We watched the program then retired to bed around 2:00 am New Year's Day, 2012.

We had previously decided that we would spend the day evangelizing in the streets of metro Phoenix. We knew there would be many homeless, stranded, lost and abandoned people out there who could use a word of encouragement from the Lord and be led to the Lord, something to eat, and a few dollars.
Before we arose for the day, I had a DREAM. I was standing in a church pulpit and a muslim minister was speaking about Jesus in a positive light. I had my back to the pews.

I said something to him about Jesus and was immediately approached from behind by several members, male and female, of this man's mosque. The females wore white dresses and head coverings, the males wore black suits, white shirts, and bow ties.

I could see them without turning my head or my body around! As I turned around to face them, each person reached into his/her bosom and pulled out a large crucifix and held them toward the ceiling.  A brilliant light shined through the ceiling illuminating the room.  Each person began to praise Jesus! I woke up.

After Sharon and I arose to continue the stret ministry we'd planned for the day, we spoke with several homeless people in Mesa, then in Tempe. We ended up in downtown Phoenix near the homeless shelter and began ministering to people on the street there.

One man we spoke with was a muslim, an Iraqi refugee who had fled Saddam Hussein. We asked him, and then told him about Jesus Christ, and God's Grace and Reconciliation with man through Jesus. We then asked him if he would like us to pray with him in the name of Jesus Christ.

He readily agreed, allowed us to touch his shoulder and touched ours while we prayed for him in Jesus' name. He was genuinely thankful and appreciative of our time with him and introducing him to Christ. Interestly, it is well know that muslims are generally not allowed to touch women they aren't married to, much less accept prayer in the name of Jesus Christ. This man, also named Hussein, had no problem doing so or in accepting Jesus as Lord!

He had a friend a few feet away. As we spoke with other people, we observed Hussein talking with his friend and motioning at us. The friend shook his head “no,” and we had no contact with him.

It was the next morning, January 2nd, while in the shower I remebered my DREAM. It took my breath away as I vividly recalled the DREAM and then our later interaction with Hussein. All I could do was Praise God! Then, I told Sharon.
