WHAT HE' DONE FOR OTHERS HE'S DONE FOR YOU.
RECEIVE IT!
MARK 11: 22-25
Friends, we stand as a witnesses and a testimony to God's Healing power and will for us to abide with him eternally. Satan has tried to kill me several times; cancer two times, kidney failure, lost gall bladder and more, just as he wants to kill all of us because we were made in God's image and likeness to rule over this earth. (Gen. 1: 26-28)  But, He sent His word and Healed me, (Psalm 107: 20) I am cancer-free and have regained my kidney function. Hallelujah!!

You, too, can have God's Healing manifest in your life. Repent of your sins/accept God's forgiveness wrought through the blood of Jesus on the Cross, Accept Jesus Christ, pray God's Word, fast, and proclaim His Glory. It might not come when you want it, but He's always right on time!

God Blesses you!

A PRAYER OF SALVATION
If you have never declared Jesus as Lord, or you want to re-dedicate yourself to Him, pray the following aloud:
Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Your Son Jesus Christ. You said in Your Word that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13) Father, I am calling on Jesus right now. I believe He died on the cross for my sins, that He was raised from the dead on the third day, and He's alive right now. Lord Jesus, I am asking You now, reveal yourself in my heart. Live Your life in me and through me. I repent of my sins and surrender myself totally and completely to You. Heavenly Father, by faith I now confess Jesus Christ as my new Lord and from this day forward, I dedicate my life to serving Him.
You've now become a child of God, an heir, and joint heir with Christ! (Romans 8:14-17) All God's promises made to his people from creation onward, belong to you. AMEN!

Identity: The God Class Part 2
Power and Authority

Minister Sharon

Kenneth Hagin is established as one of the greatest spiritual teachers and prophets of his time. In the 1940’s he asked this question:  Do we have authority that we don’t know about—that we haven’t discovered—that we’re not using? That question led him to study the words “power” and “authority”. His conclusion was that we—the church—have authority in the earth that we don’t know or understand and that we’re not using.

Luke 10:19 and Mark 11:22-24 (NKJV) are powerful scriptures that offer us one of the greatest spiritual discoveries: WE HAVE POWER AND AUTHORITY OVER EVERYTHING IN THIS EARTH!

Webster’s definition of power and authority:
  • Power: the capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or events
  • Authority: the power or right to give orders, make decisions and enforce obedience
We are all familiar with power and authority in this physical world:
  • As a child, our parents had all the power and authority over us—whatever they said was the law and if we did not obey them, we would suffer the consequences
  • When we went to school, our teachers and principal had all the power and authority; if we didn’t follow their rules, i.e., sit in your seat, listen to the lessons, respond when questioned, etc. we would suffer the consequences
  • As an employee, we were under the power and authority of our supervisors and whoever owned the company; if we didn’t follow their rules, we would be fired and lose our paychecks
  • As an adult, we began to realize that the local and national governments had all the power and authority; if we didn’t follow their laws, there would be consequences
In all of the situations above, man is behind this power and authority. But, for believers, God Himself is behind our power and authority. Satan and ALL his forces are obligated to recognize our power and authority because satan knows God is the ultimate authority and we belong to Him!

When Jesus was resurrected from the dead and ascended to heaven, He transferred His authority to US! Jesus is now seated at the right hand of the Father—the place of authority—and YOU and I are seated with Him in heavenly places! (Ephesian 2:6)NKJV

Spiritual power and authority cannot be understood with our intellect; we must get a spiritual revelation of it--we must believe it by faith!
When we accepted an offer of employment, our employer offered us a benefits package that may have included our salary and other options like health insurance, vision/dental insurance, vacation and sick leave; bonuses, etc. We were also given an employee handbook that outline the rules we had to follow to stay employed. We could accept or decline the benefits package but keep the salary OR we could accept the salary and the benefits package but never use it! The benefits are ours but if we never use them, they won’t provide any “benefit” to us!
When we accepted Christ as our Lord and Savior, we received our “benefits” package (Psalm 103:2-5) NKJV: eternal life, power and authority! We have the benefits but if we never use them or exercise our power and authority, they won’t do us any good! We’re saved but have no power over our circumstances and therefore, we live defeated lives!

How do we, as believers, exercise this power and authority? The same way God did—by speaking!
You and I can speak those things that be not as though they were: Isaiah 55:11; Romans 4:17 {NKJV)
In Genesis 1, God created the world by SPEAKING! Throughout this chapter, God shows His power and authority by saying:

Genesis 1:3 And God said
Genesis 1:4 And God saw
Genesis 1:6 And God said
Genesis 1:7 ...and it was so
Genesis 1:9 And God said...And it was so
Genesis 1:10 And God saw
Genesis 1:11 Then God said
Genesis 1:12 And God saw
Genesis 1:14 Then God said
Genesis 1:15 ...and it was so
Genesis 1:20 Then God said
Genesis 1:21 And God saw
Genesis 1:24 Then God said...and it was so

What would you like to change in your life? Search the scriptures, find out what God has to say about it, then say what God says about it—not what you think, not what you feel, not what you see, not what you hear—speak only what God says!

Almost 14 years ago, my husband and I believed God was leading us to leave WI and move to AZ. The first thing we did was to search the scriptures and find out what God had to say about our move. As we prayed, God began to reveal His will through His Word:

God told Abram, leave your country, your family, and your father’s home for a land that I will show you. {Genesis 12:1 Message Bible)

Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, Be taken up and cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted to him, Therefore, I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you. (Mark 11:23-24 NKJV)

We began to meditate on these scriptures daily and ask God to make it plain what we should do. We acted on what we believed by telling everyone that we were moving to AZ. We also started making preparations by faith! We put action to our faith and God honored His Word! Our move to AZ was so smooth, and we were amazed how God was clearing the path!

We have many testimonies of how God honored His Word and our faith in his Word:
  • Healing from stage 4 cancer (my husband)
  • Healing from kidney failure and 6 years of dialysis (my husband)
  • Healing from pneumonia and sepsis (my daughter)
  • Healing from seizures and type 1 diabetes (my grandson; manifestation to come)

While God is NEVER the author of sickness/disease or any calamity, He will use these challenges in life as opportunities to trust Him, meditate on His promises and exercise our power and authority over the enemy! {Romans 12:1-2; Eph 1:20; Eph 2:6}NKJV
WE HAVE POWER AND AUTHORITY—Glory to God! And, more importantly, we have the backing of the Host of Heaven on what we allow and refuse. By the way, as believers, we’ve allowed a lot of things! We say, God is in control, I’m waiting on God—God is waiting on us! God won’t do anything about our situation until we act.

In conclusion, allow me to share a passage from Kenneth Hagin’s book, “The Believer’s Authority”:

“In 1952, the Lord Jesus Christ appeared to me in a vision and talked to me for about an hour and a half about the devil, demons, and demon possession.

At the end of that vision an evil spirit that looked like a little monkey or elf ran between Jesus and me and spread something like a smoke screen or dark cloud.
Then this demon began jumping up and down, crying in a shrill voice, “Yakety-yak, yakety-yak, yakety-yak.” I couldn't see Jesus or understand what He was saying.

I couldn't understand why Jesus allowed the demon to make such a racket. I wondered why Jesus didn’t rebuke the demon so I could hear what He was saying. I waited a few moments, but Jesus didn’t take any action against the demon. Jesus was still talking, but I couldn't understand a word He was saying—and I needed to, because He was giving instructions concerning the devil, demons, and how to exercise authority.

I thought to myself, Doesn’t the Lord know I;’m not hearing what He wanted me to? I need to hear that. I’m missing it!  I almost panicked. I became so desperate I cried out, “In the Name of Jesus, you foul spirit, I command you to stop!”

The minute I said that, the little demon hit the floor like a sack of salt, and the black cloud disappeared. The demon lay there trembling, whimpering, and whining like a whipped pup. He wouldn’t look at me. “Not only shut up, but get out of here in Jesus’ Name!” I commanded. He ran off.

The Lord knew exactly what was in my mind. I was thinking, Why didn’t He do something about that? Why did He permit it? Jesus looked at me and said, “If you hadn’t done something about that, I couldn’t have.” That came as a real shock to me—it astounded me. I replied, “Lord, I know I didn’t hear You right! You said You wouldn’t, didn’t You?” He replied, “No, if you hadn’t done something about that, I couldn't have.”

I went through this four times with Him. He was emphatic about it, saying, “No, I didn’t say I would not, I said I could not.” I said, “Now, dear Lord, I just can’t accept that. I never heard or preached anything like that in my life!”

I told the Lord I didn’t care how many times I saw Him in visions—He would have to prove this to me by at least three scriptures out of the New Testament (because we’re not living under the Old Covenant, we’re living under the New). Jesus smiled sweetly and said He would give me four:

  • Matthew 28:18
  • Mark 16:15-18
  • James 4:7
  • 1 Peter 5:8
Jesus continued, “I’ve done all I’m going to do about the devil until the angel comes down from heaven, takes the chain and binds him, and puts him into the bottomless pit .”(Rev. 20:1-31)NKJV

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

A LETTER TO MY FRIENDS
Dear Friends (and I consider myself a friend to me!):

I send this note to you because I know we may get down at times. We all are descendant of Adam, and as such, must face tribulations wrought in a fallen world. (Genesis 3: 1 – 16, 17, 18 – 19; Luke 16: 33) We all have failings of one kind or another, at some time or another. (Luke 17: 1) Only The Creator is good! (Mark 10: 17, 18; Romans 3: 3, 4.)

The Father knows that we are not perfect. He knows that even believers fall down, make mistakes, and/or “mess up.” He knows these things, yet loves us still, has not taken away the power he has given us (Job 22: 28; Luke 10: 19,) nor locked us out from His eternal salvation. (Romans 10: 9; 1 John 2: 12, 1 John 1:7, 9)

WE ARE FORGIVEN FOR ALL OUR SINS!

Rebbe Melech Yehoshua Ha Moshiach Adonai (Lord and Savior, King and Priest Yeshua,) Jesus the Christ, sacrificed his human life to pay the blood price of redeeming us from sin/eternal death. Coming to earth as a man, Immanuel = God among us, He lived on earth as a man having set aside His power as the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob to die for all who would believe the report of the Lord our God. (Matthew 1: 23; Isaiah 53)

We live in age and time, after the Ascension of Jesus, that there are no rituals, traditions, or religious laws to habitually endure in order to enjoy the fruits of HIS labor. People who lived before and during the time of Jesus on earth (the Old Testament,) lived by the laws of Moses if they wanted to enjoy God’s favor, mercy and grace. If one sinned, to be forgiven required one to do something to earn forgiveness. (Leviticus 4)

Turning back to God, and ritually spilling the blood of bulls, goats, sheep, doves and then, burning these things on altars was the only path to forgiveness. One had to have an overseer/priest to sanction what you were doing. It was necessary to do this each year or/and time to cover each sin committed.

When the evangelist John the Baptist saw Jesus approaching as he was baptizing new believers, he loudly proclaimed, “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” The analogy was set-Jesus was the Sacrificial Lamb, whose blood had to be shed, who had to endure the wrath of God for mankind’s sins, once and for all, to redeem mankind from sin. (1 Peter 1: 18, 19, 20)

Jesus came to teach us that God’s plan for mankind included the sacrifice of one last LAMB, for all time to be the propitiation (ransom price,) for the souls of mankind from sin and eternal death, It wasn’t until He died upon the cross, was resurrected by God, and ascended back to the Father that the NEW Testament came into force. (Hebrews 9: 11 – 14, 15 – 18, 19 – 28; Revelation 13: 8)At that point, Jesus charged and empowered all believers to spread the “Good News/ the Gospel.(Matthew 228: 18 – 20; Mark 16: 15 – 20; Luke 24: 47 – 53; John 21: 15 - 17)

The New Testament Gospel does not require mankind to do something to be forgiven of sin. It only requires that mankind accept what Jesus did in sacrificing His human life for us.  It is not what we can do for Him/God (Isaiah 64: 6; Romans 3: 10,) it is what He did for us! (2 Corinthians 5: 21; Galatians3: 13)

We have to get past ourselves. We are but helpless worms.(Psalm 22: 3 – 5, 6, 7 – 11) We can do nothing of any significance without Him. (John 15: 5) With Him, nothing is impossible! (Philippians 4: 13)

Let us reflect on the words of Joseph Prince for a few moments;

“Sometimes, what really gets us discouraged is waking up day after day to the same struggle.  The same challenges at work.  The same troubles in our relationships. The same pains in our bodies.  After weeks, months, or even years of being confronted with the same problem, we start to wonder whether things will ever get better.  We start to wonder whether we’ll ever see change.

My friend, when we look at our circumstances and see every reason to be discouraged, God wants us to close our eyes.  Yes, close our eyes to what’s visible and open our hearts to believe what’s eternal—His Word.

2 Corinthians 4:18 NLT says, “We don't look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.”  This means that instead of fixing our eyes on our problems, our challenges, or our lack, God wants us to open our hearts to believe His Word.  Believe His promises of breakthrough, restoration, and victory.  My friend, our outward circumstances are temporary.  But God’s Word is eternal and His promises are unshakable.  If you haven’t seen them come to pass, it just means your story isn’t over yet!”

From “When God Feels Like A Million Miles Away,” (Win Over Fear, Discouragement And Depression) 2018 Joseph Prince Ministries.

And;

“Most people don’t like hearing the words "discipline" or "correction." But did you know that when our heavenly Father disciplines or corrects us, He is leading us to a place of promotion? While He never uses sickness or accidents to discipline us, He does use frustrating situations, missed opportunities, and difficult people to build our character and set us up for lasting success!”

From “Godly Discipline And Correction Brings Promotion!” 2018 Joseph Ministries.

God doesn’t create sicknesses, accidents, deaths, situations, misses, or difficult people, He allows what we allow. He uses their occurrences to strengthen us.  Our biggest correction point is around fear.  It is the opposite of faith.  There are virtually no sins that do not start with fear.  Hoarding, condemnation, coveting, hatred, greed, social class and ethnic struggles, imperialism (yea, all ‘isms,’) “religion” and more are all rooted in fear, if we dig honestly enough.  Fear of lack, fear of rejection, fear of replacement, fear of loss of “power,” fear of sickness and death, are all linked together as a first step towards eternal death.

It takes believing what God said is true, it takes trusting that He wants the best for you, it takes faith!  Faith-”Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen...Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear...But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that seek him diligently."  Hebrews 11: 1, 3, 6)

Abraham didn't exactly know what God was going to do. He did know to trust God. (Genesis 12)  I know to trust God!  I didn't know Job, but I agreed with him in spirit, “Though he slay me, yet will I trust him.” Job 13: 15. Job didn't know that the devil was behind his troubles, once, I didn't either.  I just knew I couldn't turn my back on God. I trusted/had faith in Him.

What I know, after bible study/attending and teaching is that many of us believe that God/Jesus brings illness, distress, disease, sin, and/or death.  Adam, not God, unloosed those things and worse when he disobeyed/broke his covenant with God to not partake of the “Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.”  God only intended for us to live eternally in his presence and not to die, until that incident.  Even then, God has provided a way out into everlasting life, if we accept and obey.

The “Second Adam,” (1 corinthians 15: 45,) Yeshua/Jesus, the Christ, was sent to absorb all of our illnesses, distress, disease and sins by accepting what we deserve, the whip “stripes,” wrath of God, humiliation on Calvary, and sacrificing his human life for all. (Galatians 3:13; 2 Corinthians 5: 21)  He came to free us from a requirement that we could not approach God, but needed a human intercessor.  Jesus died, and rose again as our High Priest to giving each who believes that power and authority. (Exodus 19: 6; 1 Timothy 1: 9; 1 Peter 2: 5,9; Revelation 1:6 and 5: 10; John 15: 16; Luke 10: 19; Mark 11: 22 - 25)

I once had a conversation with a certain person who attempted to dissuade me from Christianity by admonishing me for worshipping “some white boy hanging on a cross.” He told me that his “religion” was the “Black man’s original religion.” I replied that firstly, ANYBODY who sacrificed their life that I could be free from eternal death, even if they were polka dot, was worthy of my praise.  Secondly, Since his “religion” acknowledged Abraham and his relationship with God, then why did he not know that God never gave mankind a religion?

God only asked that mankind live in faith! Why didn’t he know that “religion” is man-made, man’s attempt to regulate our relationship with God?  Lastly, didn’t he know enough about life not to place an ethnicity on God?  He had no more conversation.  Any “religion” that disputes God’s word is of Satan!  Study them from their roots. (John 8: 44; 2 Timothy 2: 15)

I had another conversation with another certain person who questioned how I could move from championing civil/human rights and be a Christian.  I informed him that those stances were not incompatible, Jesus wanted His peace and justice for all.  No more from him, either.

We should know that God doesn’t punish us, but will remove His hedge of protection from around us and let us be subject to the wiles of Satan, if we are disobedient.  As the pastor of a bible teaching church in Los Angeles teaches, “God puts his Word above his skills.”  He will not disrupt for us the rules and laws established by what he commanded Adam to not eat.  He has, however, provided us a way out of all troubles.”

God has given everyone the measure of faith-everyone gets the same, not a measure, but the measure of faith. (Romans 12: 3)  We must activate our faith by hearing (hearing, reading/studying, and speaking so that we can hear ourselves,) and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10: 17)  It takes faith to accept what Jesus did for us and, in what he asks of us who are willing--love the Lord our God, and love your neighbor as you do yourself. (Matthew 22: 40)

Submit yourselves to God...resist the devil, and he will flee. (James 4: 7)  For many of us, submission to God seems very hard to do. We are born with the sin nature (back to Adam.) We must willingly choose to submit to God and forsake our natural yearnings. We must move into the Supernatural state of being that comes with submission to the Creator. (Romans 12: 2)

We must not submit to please people, there has been/is enough of that going on in the world.   “If you don’t do like we say; you will be killed; you will go to hell; you can’t receive communion...” and on and on. The True and Living God wants you to VOLUNTARILY accept what He has prepared for us.

How?  “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation...For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek(or non-Jew): for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him...For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10: 9 – 10, 12, 13)

Stop relying upon a pastor, preacher, priest or anyone else to do your “homework” for you!  Their job is to teach you the word of God and to inspire you to develop a personal relationship with God through Christ Jesus.  Our job is to ask God to help us to study His word and to rely upon our spiritual leaders and fellowship with other believers to help us more clearly interpret God’s word.

1.Ask God to open up the scriptures to your understanding.
2. Accept the measure of faith God put of Himself into each one of us.
3. Put your faith and trust in Him. Learn to utilize the power He has provided us.
4. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and establish a personal relationship with He and the Father.
5. Get baptized to symbolically die and rise again as a new creation, then receive the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2: 38; Acts 19: 2 – 6;2 Corinthians 5: 17)
6. Find a congregation that teaches the Bible where you can learn more and share your faith.
7. Speak the gospel to the unknowing.

These are not “requirement” steps. The only requirement is to be willing, to be a “whosoever”. (Mark 8: 34-”cross” as in faith despite tribulations; Romans 10: 11;Revelation 22: 17)

God has already done everything for us, we have but to believe it, call upon it and receive it! Everyday!

Receive God’s Blessing! The Blessing of Adam, Noah, Abraham and Jesus.

In Jesus’ name,

Your friend, Minister Ronnie Stricklin

APRIL 2017
What Is Revealed through the “Last Supper” of Jesus and the Disciples?
As Christians, we celebrate the RESURRECTION of Jesus Christ from the dead. Certainly, we do not celebrate Easter (the mother of Baal), but we do celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus from the dead. Easter does not occur in the Bible at all. Ashtoreth is the mother of Baal, the supreme male deity of those nations. They were worshipped as representative of the moon and the sun, respectively.

Genesis 11, gives account of Nimrod's (Genesis 10: 8-10,) Tower of Babel (precursor to Babylon,) and mankind deceived into building a structure up to heaven. His successor, Semiramis as Ashtoreth, exploits the myth of his (Nimrod/Baal/Tammuz,) deity, and subsequently her deity, and they become worshipped.

The worship and praise of bunnies and eggs (Ashtoreh's fertility symbols,) and the moon and the stars (Ashtoreh as the Moon Goddess and Baal as the sun and the stars,) are indications of the spiritual whoredom (representative of the Whore of Babylon,) that God warned his people about so many times.

“And there came one of the seven angels...saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore...And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”
Revelation 17:1, 5

“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
Revelation 18:4

There is one appearance of the word ‘Easter’ in Acts 12:4 in the King James Bible, but it is a mis-translation and should be translated ‘Passover’. Why the deceptions?
“There was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon: and the dragon fought and his angels. And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” Revelation 12:7-9 KJV

Satan has deceived the world many times concerning the identity of the Messiah (Anointed Savior.) On the earth, he worked his first deception amongst mankind in the Garden of Eden. We will get to that shortly.

There have been numerous occasions, in natural life and in media depictions, where a person held captives by the “proper authorities” eats a last meal before their execution. When Jesus the Christ (The Anointed Savior,) was crucified in the 1st Century A. D. Jerusalem, Israel area.  The night before, his “kangaroo trial,” accused of not being the Messiah, and death, he had his last meal, know today as the Last Supper.

His disciples, formerly called students, he now called friends (John 15:14.) The twelve disciples gathered with him in the guestroom in the home of a “goodman” in the city. There they would celebrate the Passover, he would say his final goodbye to them while in human form, and he would inform them that he knew the identity of a betrayer in their group. (Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John)

What is the Passover?
To more fully understand the meaning of this, we must go back to the first few chapters of the Book of Genesis, “Be-Re-SHIYT,” or “beginning/start,” in Hebrew. In the first five “days” of creation, recounted in the first twenty-five verses of Chapter One, God (in His Triune form-God the Father, God the Son/The Word, and God the Holy Spirit,) created and prepared the heavens and the earth as a special place for his ultimate creation, mankind.

Then the sixth day, verse :26; “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. :27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. :28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it; and have dominion over it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”

Several things are going on in these three verses. God said “let us make man...” Us who? Look at verses one, two and three. :1 In the beginning God created... :2 ...And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters... :3 And God said... The first two are obvious, but, Jesus is concealed behind the word “said,” as in “said the Word.” (All emphasis mine.)

To better understand that, consider something the old Gospel teachers often say, “The Old Testament (OT) is Jesus concealed, the New Testament (NT) is Jesus revealed.” Throughout the OT, Jesus is foreshawdoed continually. In this case he is revealed as participant in creation in the NT Book of John 1:1-4, 14, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory as of the only begotten of the Father.) full of grace and truth.”

After God formed man of the dust of the ground, he breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. (Genesis 2:7) A Hebrew translation says man became a “speaking spirit.” God planted a garden and put man there to tend the garden and to recreate it wherever he would go. The man was given complete freedom to go and do what seemed good to him. He would only do good because he was of God's nature, his image and his likeness.

The only thing he did not have permission to do was to eat from one of the two trees planted in the midst of the garden. One was the tree of life. The other was the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This fruit was forbidden because the result of eating it would remove man from being God's immediate successor/steward of the earth by disobedience.

At this time the man began to be called ”Adam” by God. He named all the animals, vegetation and so forth because the earth was his to dominate and subdue and replenish. When God decided to give Adam a helper, he took a rib from Adam, made a woman and brought her to him to be his wife. They were naked and knew not shame. (Genesis 2)

After the creation of mankind, God rested from his work from the seventh day onward. He had created everything, set it in motion and given the earth to his most prized creation, created in his likeness and image, mankind, to dominate and replenish. He had given mankind heaven on earth and could sit back as a “proud papa,” watching his children enjoy their inheritance, the “Edenic Covenant.”

There came a time when the most subtle of all the beasts, the serpent approached the woman and questioned her about God's rule concerning the forbidden fruit. (Genesis 3) Because God made man to have dominion over the earth, the earth was designed only for beings who worn an “earth suit,” a body acclimated to earth's atmosphere. The serpent has been revealed throughout the Bible as the earth suit of Satan, fallen from God's Kingdom and the enemy of mankind. (Books of Isaiah and Ezekiel)
God also decided that he would not interfere with mankind's movements on the earth (as long as they were obedient!)

The serpent manipulated the woman's thinking into disobedience and she ate of the forbidden tree. She then gave some to the man and he also knowingly disobeyed God and ate. They saw themselves as naked and, becoming ashamed, sewed clothing out of fig leaves and attempted to hide from God.

When questioned by God about their transgression, the finger pointing went from the man to the woman to the serpent. God immediately cursed the serpent and issued the first prophecy in the Bible, that he would put enmity between the serpent and the woman, and between the seed of woman and the serpent. The serpent would bruise the heel of the seed, and the seed would bruise the head of the serpent. God essentially said that although mankind had sinned against him, he would provide a descendant of man to defeat the serpent, at the cost of the seed's life.

Woman was now to endure travail in giving birth and would desire to control her husband who would mostly resist and rebel against her control, and rule over her. For the man's part, he would now lose God's ability to provide for him and would have to eat by the sweat of his brow. Mankind would also now have to suffer the physical death of body. The spirit and soul would live on, but the body was now destined to die.
Oh, had they only chosen to eat from the tree of life instead! When they disobeyed, they transferred their allegiance and dominion/rulership of the earth from God to Satan. (Luke 4:6) Then Adam named his wife Eve (mother of all living.)

God softened his heart toward Adam and Eve and made for them coats of skins and clothed them. They had sinned and now blood was shed (in making the coats of skins) to cover their sin. (Genesis 3:1-21) Hence was born the shedding of blood to cover over/make-up for sin. (Although it is nowhere stated, through careful study of the Bible and the ensuing tradition of shedding the blood of a lamb without blemish to cover sin, it is reasonable to believe that Adam and Eve were covered with the blood-shed skin of a lamb's body.)

Because they had transgressed, they were driven from the garden and kept out by the servants of God, lest they return to the tree of life, eat of it and live in their fallen bodies forever. (Genesis 3: 22-24) Because of transgression, everything in the universe shared in the curse—everything was fallen away from the true glory of God. Some animals became predators of man, storms appeared, earthquakes and other forms of destruction beset the earth because it was now in the hands of the Evil One. (Luke 4:6)

Over time, God engaged/renewed his covenant with mankind, one of which was with (circa19th Century B. C.) Abraham. God called Abraham out of the world where mankind had gradually devolved into pagan, heathen worship of false gods over the true and living God. Even after cleansing the earth of all but Noah and his family with the great flood, mankind continued to devolve into the madness of false worship. (Genesis 6, 7, 8, 11) Again in Genesis 9, God makes covenant with mankind through Noah, setting his rainbow in the sky as a reminder.

Abraham is called by God in Genesis 12, to leave his heathen people and land unto a place (Canaan-land) God had prepared for him. He chose Abraham because “...I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgement...” Genesis 18:19

God had Abraham to prove himself TO himself that he was faithful to the LORD. In Genesis 22, God instructs Abraham to take his special son Issac up to a mountaintop and there, sacrifice him unto the LORD for a burnt offering. Trusting God, Abraham took Issac up as instructed. As he was about to kill Issac, an angel of the LORD stopped him and told him that God was pleased that Abraham did not try to withhold the son he loved from the LORD. Immediately, Abraham saw a ram caught in the bush and he and Issac sacrificed the ram onto God and rejoiced. Again, the blood of a sheep (symbolically Abraham's only son,) is shed through sacrifice unto the LORD.

So, what does this have to do with Passover?
God blessed Abraham as promised in his covenant and Abraham had many children through his son, Issac's son, Jacob. Jacob became known as Israel and he and his sons ended up in Egypt, saved from famine by HIS special son, Joseph, that older brothers had sold into slavery. Joseph had become second to the Pharaoh of Egypt and Pharaoh gave the seventy person family of Israel choice land in Egypt to live in.

Over the next several hundred years, Israel's small clan came to number in the millions and Egyptian rulers who had long forgotten the saving of Egypt from famine by Joseph began to think ill of the Israelites and to cruelly enslave them. God raised from among them Moses, whom he called to confront Egypt to release God's people to go away and live the life of freedom God had for them.

Egypt resisted through nine opportunities God gave them to let his people go. Each resistance was countered by increasing terrible plagues God set upon the people of Egypt. Finally, God sent the tenth, last and worst plague. He had Moses tell his people to kill a yearling male sheep, without blemish, and to smear the blood upon the doorposts and the lintels of their homes. (The doorpost of a house is the vertical part of the door frame..The lintel is the horizontal piece above the opening. If you imagine a doorpost being extended upward, and the lintel extended outward to both sides, you can visualize a “cross.” Stained with the blood of the unblemished lamb, your spirit will see the foreshadowed cross of Jesus Christ!)

At midnight, the angel of death would send a mist of death through the land of Egypt, killing the firstborn of all, humans, animals, and the like of those who did not show the blood. They were to remain in their homes until morning, roast the slain lamb and eat every bit of it. Those who obeyed this commandment would not be affected by the angel of death because it would “Passover” all homes that displayed the blood of the slain lamb. (Exodus 1-14)

After the LORD delivered the Israelites out of Egypt, they spent time in the wilderness on their journey to the land, Canaan-land, God promised them. Throughout their tenure in the wilderness, beginning in the Book of Exodus, God instructed them how they should make sacrifice offerings to him in thanksgiving for deliverance. The blood of sheep, bulls, goats and other animals was shed and consumed dependent upon the type of sacrifice offering made, i.e., burnt offering, meat offering, peace offering, sin offering, or trespass offering. These offerings are fully explained and more deeply dealt with in the Book of Leviticus Chapters 1:1-7; 2; and 4.

Numbers 28 and 29 show us more instructions on offerings. These practices were kept over centuries. The practices became ritual and were repeated regularly primarily because the blood of animals could only cover sin, not remit/wash away/remove it, (emphasis mine,) demonstrated by Adam and Eve being covered by the animal skin provided by God(Emphasis mine.) The final Sacrifice of the Lamb of God (Behold the Lamb of God.....John 1:29,) was only a promise at this time. (Genesis 3:15) The Passover was another foreshadow of Jesus to come.

So, what does this have to do with Jesus and the Last Supper?
For years after Israel was delivered, first in the wilderness, and then established in Canaan, the Israelites continued to transgress against God's laws given to them as his chosen people. God promised that he would no longer honor their sacrifices, Amos 5;
:11 Forasmuch therefore as your treading is upon the poor, and ye take from him burdens of wheat...ye have planted pleasant vineyards, but ye shall not drink wine of them. :12 For I know your manifold transgressions, and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor...
:14 Seek the good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you...
:21 I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies.
:22 Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will neither accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.
:23 Take thou away from me the noise of thy songs: for I will not hear the melody of thy viols.
:24 But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream.
:25 Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel?
:26 But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch...
:27 Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity...

God prophesied and truth came—first Assyria conquers northern Israel and takes them into captivity, then Babylon conquers Judea/Jerusalem (southern Israel,) and takes them into captivity. Later, Zerubabbel and Nehemiah are allowed to rebuild, but, following continued disobedience and the persecution of God's only begotten Son, Rome destroyed the rebuilt temple. This set into motion the centuries long persecution and disbursement of the Jews.

Although they regained part of Canaan in 1948, because of continued disobedience and the refusal to accept Jesus as God's Anointed Savior, almost a quarter of the way into the 21st Century A.D., Israel remains persecuted. Additionally, they now intend upon officially renewing the actual blood sacrifice of animals.

Resolution will not come until the prophesied return of the Anointed Savior, Jesus the Christ. Then and only then will God's chosen people, and the church of Jesus enjoy complete salvation. Only through confessing (Romans 10: 9-10,) the shed blood of Jesus can remittance of sin and eternal life be granted. Jesus was not murdered, he sacrificed himself to save us. (John 10:18-...I lay down my life...)

Thus at the Last Supper, at Passover, Jesus;
...took the bread, and blessed, and brake it, and gave to them, and said, Take, eat: this is my body. And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them: and they drank all of it. And he said to them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many. Verily, I say unto you, I will drink no moire of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.
Mark 14:22-25 KJV

Thus was a law from God given through Moses followed annually from ancient times on through today. Passover is still celebrated in one form or another by Hebrew/Jewish people. The shed blood of a male lamb without blemish would once again cover sin, save God's people and reinforce his covenant with them.

But only the shed Blood of the Lamb of God (Behold the Lamb of God.....John 1:29,) Jesus Christ can once and for all time, remit sin and bring salvation to all who believe in their hearts and confess with their mouths that Jesus Christ is indeed KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. Revelation 19:16

Caiaphas, the High Priest, the learned Pharisee, didn't realize his unconscious “explaining the Scripture” when he gave counsel to the Jews that it was expedient that one man should die for the people. John 11: 49-52, John 18: 14. This counsel from Caiaphas explains/fulfills Isaiah 53: 8-10, “...it pleased the LORD to bruise him: he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin,...” 2 Cor 5:21

Jesus is the Passover, having freed the willing from the deceptions of Satan. The Last Supper is about the grace, forgiveness, and reconciliation of God, extended to mankind through the acceptance, belief and adherence to the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
“...this do in remembrance of me.” 1 Corinthians 11: 24 and 25

To paraphrase what a couple of Jewish movie and television producers once said through their characters, If we believe in Jesus and it is not true, we've nothing to lose—if we don't believe and it is true, we're going to hell! Friend, are you willing to take that losing proposition bet?

PRAISE GOD!

The generations of Noah, sons and grandsons are discussed in Genesis 10. These promised lands were given to God's people as a result of that curse. Because of disobedience, the lands have been contested and fought over from then to this 21st Century, A. D.

Invokes God's Grace
Remits sin
Increases/Reaffirms our Faith

--Certain deceptions of Satan

-Man was not made in the likeness and image of God (Genesis 1, Psalm 8 and 82)

-Moon Goddess/queen of heaven (and the current day derivative religions) as deity

-Worship of/under green tree-see Jeremiah 10

-Pray to other than God (dead people, “gods” that do not heal, do not/cannot forgive sin, advocate death and violence over mercy and forgiveness, especially for resisting recruitment,); promise virgins and sex after death; tell you that your soul will be judged on “good works,”; does not empower you to have dominion over the earth; specifies how many times one should pray daily; specifies repetitive prayer, “middleman,” and prefer ritual over personal relationship with the Creator; calls for friendly relations with dark spirits; and more deceptions of the like
-There is no hell or wrath of God for non-believers-read Book of Revelation
-All “religions” worship the same God as Word of Faith (OT/NT) Bible believers (there is only one God-that of Creation, Adam/Eve, Noah, Abraham, and Jesus Christ. Any other is small “g” god, at best.

--Prayer of Salvation

If you have never accepted Jesus as your personal Savior or need to re-dedicate your life to Christ, and want to be saved into eternal life after your body returns to dust, 1) Lift your hands to God and repeat aloud the following prayer, 2) Get water baptized, 3) Receive the Holy Spirit, (Acts 2. especially verse 38, and Colossians 2:8-12,) and 4) Get yourself a Bible to study, and find a church congregation home that teaches the Bible where you can regularly hear, learn and be reinforced by the Word of God. (Romans 10:17) This increases your faith and allows God to move you forward to utilize the talents he put in you before the foundation of the world. Jeremiah 1:5
Lord Jesus, I am asking You now, come into my heart.
AMEN!

RESURRECTION DAY!  SUNDAY APRIL 16, 2017
Every year, many people bring out their bunnies, colored eggs, and from some, hot cross buns, to celebrate “Easter.” We mistake these celebrations believing, and demonstrating to our children that this somehow has something to do with Lord Jesus Christ (The Anointed Savior and His Anointing,) and the days that he defeated satan and took the keys to hell and death.
All because of wrong teaching, wrong believing, and subsequently wrong doing, we tarnish the victory won for us by Christ at and beyond his death on the cross unto his Resurrection from the grave when we celebrate “Easter.” Which one of Satan's vile, evil machinations lead us down this path? Here are a few observations.
Should Christians use the ‘E’ word? What does the term Easter mean? In the Old Testament times the Bible talks about Ashtoreth and Baal worship in I Kings 11:5-6, “For Solomon went after Ashtoreth [Easter in english] the supreme female deity of the Zidonians (Phoenician and Canaanite nations,) and after Milcom (another name for Baal, as was Chemosh [Numbers 21:29, Jeremiah 48:7, 13, 46,) the abomination of the Ammonites. And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father.” Also Molech, 1 Kings 11:7, 33, 2 Kings 23:10, .
Ashtoreth is the mother of Baal, the supreme male deity of those nations. They were worshipped as representative of the moon and the sun, respectively.
(More on that below.)
The short form is Ashtar or Ishtar and the English form of the word is “EASTER”. Easter is nothing other than the mother of Baal and the celebration or worship of Ashtoreth is forbidden in the Old Testament Scriptures. Look at the Scriptures in Judges 2:13-14, “And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtoroth. And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel…” Easter is Ashtoreth! EASTER IS AN EVIL WOMAN/SPIRIT!
In AD316 Constantine was in charge of the known world and in AD321 he declared Christianity to be the only religion. The pagan religions did not go away. They simply gave their practices new names. Ashtoreth and Baal became Mary and Jesus. Many today know Mary as the ‘queen of heaven’. This pagan title belonged to Ashtoreth in the Old Testament. Ashtoreth and Baal were adored and worshipped and many today adore and worship Mary and Jesus (read Jeremiah 44). We must ask ourselves, who is the real Mary and who is the real Jesus? Unless we examine what we believe in the light of the Scriptures, we might well be deceived. According to the Scriptures, only God is to be adored and worshipped (Exodus 20). Watch out!
As Christians, we celebrate the RESURRECTION of Jesus Christ from the dead. We should use the ‘R’ word as in Resurrection. Certainly, we do not celebrate Easter (the mother of Baal), but we do celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus from the dead. Easter does not occur in the Bible at all. There is one appearance of the word ‘Easter’ in Acts 12:4 in the King James Bible, but it is a mis-translation and should be translated ‘Passover’.
Have you ever wondered about the “WOMAN” of Revelation chapter 17? She represents a religious (worldwide) system that had its beginnings in ancient Babylon and will have its final headquarters in Rome during the Tribulation period.  God will judge the religious system and destroy it during the Tribulation. H. A. Ironside, a past pastor of Moody Memorial Church, in his commentary of the Book of Revelation, written in 1920, gives us the following insights: “The wife of Nimroud-bar-Cush was the infamous Semiramis the First. She is reputed to have been the foundress of the Babylonian mysteries and the first high-priestess of idolatry. Thus, Babylon became the fountainhead mystery-religion that was originated there and spread in various forms throughout the whole earth; it is with us today.
Building on the primeval promise of the woman’s Seed who was to come (Genesis 3:15, Isaiah 9:6, 52:13-15, 53,) Semiramis bore a son whom she declared was miraculously conceived! And when she presented him to the people, he was hailed as the promised deliverer. This was Tammuz, whose worship Ezekiel protested against in the days of the captivity (Ezekiel 8.) Thus was introduced the mystery of the mother and the child, a form of idolatry that is older than any other known to man. The rites of this worship were secret.  Only the initiated were permitted to know its mysteries It was Satan’s effort to delude mankind with an imitation so like the truth of God that they would not know the true Seed of the woman when He (Jesus Christ) came in the fullness of time.
From Babylon this mystery-religion spread to all the surrounding nations. Everywhere the symbols were the same, and everywhere the cult of the mother and the child became the popular system; their worship was celebrated with the most disgusting and immoral practices. The image of the queen of heaven with the babe in her arms was seen everywhere, though the names might differ as languages differed. It became the mystery-religion of Phoenicia, and by the Phoenicians was carried to the ends of the earth. Ashtoreth and Tammuz, the mother and child of these hardy adventurers, became Isis and Horus in Egypt; Aphrodite and Eros in Greece; Venus and Cupid in Italy; and bore many other names in more distant places. Within 1,000 years Babylonianism had become the religion of the world, which had rejected the Divine revelation. In 316 AD, it became Mary and Jesus.
Linked with the central mystery were countless lesser mysteries, the hidden meaning of which was known only to the initiates, but all the people practiced the outward forms.  Among these were the doctrines of:
-Purgatorial purification after death
-Salvation by countless sacraments, such as priestly absolution
-Sprinkling with holy water
-The offering of round cakes to the queen of heaven as mentioned in the book of    Jeremiah
-Dedication of virgins to the gods, which was literally sanctified prostitution
-Weeping for Tammuz for a period of 40 days, prior to the great festival of Ishtar

Ishtar was said to have received her son back from the dead, for it was taught that Tammuz was slain by a wild boar and afterwards brought back to life. To him the egg was sacred, as depicting the mystery of his resurrection even as the evergreen tree was his chosen symbol and was set up in honor of his birth at the winter solstice (See Jeremiah 10:2-8.) Along with many other mysterious observances, a boar’s head was eaten in memory of his conflict, and a Yule(an alliteration from Baal to Bul to Yul to Yule-put Ishtar and Bul together and you have Istanbul,) log was burned.
The log came from an oak tree, thought to house spirits(particularly by the later Druids,) and was used, in later times with mistletoe berries to encourage sexual activity--”Let's curl up by the fire, under the mistle toe!”
The sign of the cross was sacred to Tammuz, as symbolizing the life-giving principle and as the first letter of his name. It is represented upon vast numbers of the most ancient altars and temples, and did not, as many have supposed, originate with Christianity. It was “formally” introduced to Christianity when Jesus gave his life upon one.
When Christ came into this world, the mystery of iniquity was already holding sway everywhere, except where the truth of God as revealed in the Old Testament was known. Thus, when the early Christians set out upon the great task of carrying the gospel to the end of the earth, they found themselves everywhere confronted by this system in one form or another. Though Babylon as a city had long been but a memory, her mysteries had not died with her. When the city and temples were destroyed, the high priest fled with a company of initiates and their sacred vessels and images to Pergamos, where the symbol of the serpent was set up as the emblem of the hidden wisdom.
[Actually they perverted the wisdom of God who had Moses make and lift on a cross a brazen (brass) serpent to heal Israelites (who looked upon it in repentance,) who had angered God. (Numbers 21:5-9) Moses' act foreshadowed Jesus warning Nicodemus that Jesus himself would be placed on a cross and lifted up to extend to believers “eternal life.” Jesus had to become sin for us and lifted up on the cross that we who repent and believe on him would be saved. (John 3:14-18)]
From Pergamos, the priests and company crossed the sea and immigrated to Italy, where they settled in the Etruscan plain. There the ancient cult was propagated under the name of the Etruscan Mysteries, and eventually Rome became the headquarters of Babylonianism. The chief priests wore miters shaped like the head of a fish, in honor of Dagon, the fish-god and the lord of life. Here again is another form of the Tammuz mystery, as developed among Israel’s old enemies, the Philistines. (Judges 16:23, 1 Chronicles 10:10, 1 Samuel 5) Have you ever noticed priests wearing miters shaped like the head of a fish with its mouth open?!?
The chief priest when established in Rome took the title Pontifex Maximus, and this title was held henceforth by all the Roman emperors down to Constantine the Great, who was at one and the same time, head of the church and high priest of the heathen! The title was afterwards conferred upon the bishops of Rome, and is borne by the Pope today. The Pope is thus declared to be, not the successor of the fisherman-apostle Peter, but the direct successor of the high priest of Babylonian mysteries, and the servant of the fish-god Dagon, for whom he wears, like his idolatrous predecessors, the fisherman’s ring.
Ash-Wednesday, Lent, Holy Water, Purgatory, etc… These are all pagan and are not found in the Bible! All of these can be traced back to the ‘mother and son’ cult. For further study a book called Two Babylons by Hislop is recommended. (https://philologos.org/__eb-ttb/)
We are in the latter days, so we expect rapid developments in the “Babylonian Mystery” church system. This false church system will aid the Anti-Christ in his rise to power! The church that keeps it’s focus on ‘the woman’ (MARY [not the true Mary of the Bible]) and not on Jesus is the one to watch! Keep your eyes open! See Revelation chapter 17!
“And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you (Matthew 24:4).”
-Excerpts taken from Bible Ministries, Calvary Community Church, “Easter is the Mother of Baal!” 2004-2006, and The Holy Bible KJV
-The term “Bar,” in “Nimrod-Bar-Cush” means “son of” a named person, Nimrod, son of Cush.
-The egg, as Ishtar’s symbol of fertility is added to another of her fertility symbols to give you, that’s right, the easter bunny! It is also symbolized in the Faberge Egg, the jewel-studded “priceless” piece of jewelry you may have seen/heard of.
-Babylon, Assyria, Chaldees are ancient names for what we now know as “Iraq.”
-Moab today is Jordan; Philistia is in Canaan-land, called Palestine today
-Ishtar-Bul should easily be recognized as “Istanbul,” the capital of old Turkey, home to so many of the myths we’ve covered.   It is the combination of Ashtoreth/Ishtar and Baal/Bul resulting in "IshtarBul," or as we know it "Istanbul."
-”Baalim,” was the term for worship of these false sun-gods and moon-goddesses. They were represented by the sun, the moon, the stars and evergreen trees. Have you ever seen a star(s) and a moon symbol on the flag or standard of a people/religion today or an evergreen tree used as a symbol of Christ?
One bit of bad news for those of you who don’t believe these references, or, don’t care to heed the warning-God does not hold us accountable for what we don’t know, only for what we know. Now you know and are so-accountable. Get a Bible and study it. Go to a church that teaches the Bible.
“...As I live saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways...” Ezekiel 33:11

HEALING CONFESSIONS
In the Lord's last will and testament for us, aka, the Holy Bible, He tells us that his word will not return to Him void. (Isaiah 55: 11) He also tells us that man ought to always pray. (Luke 18: 1)

Knowing this, it should make faith for you (Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen-Hebrews 11:1,) to pray God's word to Him. This is what “Confession” (paraphrased quotations based on scripture,) is really all about. Confessing God's Word.
He wants us to put Him in remembrance of His word/will. (Isaiah 43: 26) In fact He, as Jesus Christ (meaning in Hebrew “Salvation/Savior” and “Anointed One,”) through the Apostle John, tells us, “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” ((1 John 5: 14-15)

Don't get it twisted, you must accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and the Son of God to be included in the “we” in that passage. John makes it very clear-”Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is an antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. (emphasis added) Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: [but] he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.”   (1 John 1: 22-23)

Following are excerpts of Charles Capp's GOD'S CREATIVE POWER FOR HEALING. My wife, Evangelist Sharon Stricklin and I confess the entire set, aloud, from Chapter 4 daily. I send this to you because you need it for yourself and/or others. Read the word of God and you will find thousands of promises from Him to Believers. When you don't' know what or how to pray, read His word, aloud. He loves for us to remind him of His word!

Confess God's Word!

“God's Medicine”
Jesus is the Lord of my life. Sickness and disease have no power over me. I am forgiven and free from SIN AND GUILT. I am dead to sin and alive unto righteousness. (Col 1: 21, 22)

Jesus bore my sins in His body on the tree; therefore I am dead to sin and alive unto God and by His stripes I am healed and made whole. (1 Pet. 2: 24; Rom. 6: 11; 2 Cor 5: 21)

You have given me abundant life. I receive that life through Your Word and it flows to every organ of my body bringing healing to all my flesh. (John 10: 10; John 6: 63)

The life of first Peter 2: 24 is a reality in my flesh, restoring every cell of my body.

That which God has not planted is dissolved and rooted out of my body in Jesus' name. First Peter 2: 24 is engrafted into every fiber of my being and I am alive with the life of God.   (Mark 11: 23; John 6: 63)

Jesus bore the curse for me; therefore, I forbid growths and tumors to inhabit my body. The life of God within me dissolves growths and tumors, and my strength and health is restored.
(Matt. 16: 19; John 14: 13; Mark 11: 23)

Every organ and tissue of my body functions in the perfection that God created it to function. I forbid any malfunction in my body in Jesus' name. (Gen. 1: 28, 31)

My blood pressure is 120 over 80. The life of God flows in my blood and cleanses my arteries of all matter that does not pertain to life. (Mark 11: 23)

I command my blood cells to destroy every disease germ and virus that tries to inhabit my body. I command every cell of my body to be normal in Jesus' name. (Rom. 5: 17; Luke 17: 6)

Father, I make a demand on my bones to produce perfect marrow. I make a demand on the marrow to produce pure blood that will ward off sickness and disease. My bones refuse any offense of the curse. (Prov. 16: 24)

I will not die but live and declare the works of God. (Psalm 118: 17)

A Word From Minster Sharon

LEARN TO FLY!

Today, I'm thinking about how far God has brought me: In 1980, I experienced the darkest time in my life. My marriage had failed, my house was in foreclosure, my utilities had been disconnected, I had been laid off from my job, my car had been repossessed and my children were 8 and 10! I called my Mother for counsel and financial assistance. Her response: “you don't need money, you need to pray” My response was “what”??? How is that going to help? I didn't understand that my life was the sum total of my words! I had sown so many negative seeds in my life and now the harvest had come! My words had created my current reality. I had been living my life according to my natural senses. I was not living according to God's Word and the results became obvious. Shortly after, I was watching Kay Arthur on Christian television and she was teaching on the book of Phillipians—she called it “How to Have Joy”. I listened intently because I had no joy or peace and I desperately wanted both! What I learned can be summed up in Proverbs 3:5-6: Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths. I was not trusting in God, I was trusting in my abilities. I was now at the end of myself and had no way to turn...BUT GOD! Consider this: “When you come to the end of all the light you know, and you step into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing that one of two things will happen: either you will be given something solid to stand on or you will be taught how to fly.” --Edward Teller

God in His mercy taught me how to fly and His Word to you today is the same: leap into the arms of your Heavenly Father and SOAR!

YOU SHALL HAVE WHAT YOU SAY!

Jesus said out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks – Luke 6:45

If you want to know what’s in your heart, listen to your words. We are either choosing to speak words that bring life or words that lead to death.  Our words are living organisms and are containers that carry faith or fear.  Our words create impressions, images and expectations.

When my life was in a negative state, my words continually condemned my days. My thoughts focused on my low self-esteem and I spoke out of fear and doubt. As a result, my life was a testimony to my words. As God taught me about His goodness and that in Him I was complete, I gave Him the broken pieces of my life and He transformed them into a magnificent tapestry. When I look at that tapestry today, I still see the so-called negative events of my life but I now understand their purpose—God was transforming me into the image of His Son. My thoughts began to change because I began to fill my mind with His Word daily. I created prayers out of scripture—my favorite is from the book of Phillipians. God said in Jeremiah 29:11 that His thoughts towards us are good therefore our thoughts toward ourselves should be good and not evil. When my thoughts changed, my words changed and when my words changed, my life changed—Hallelujah!

We are created in the image and likeness of God the Creator therefore, we have the same creative power to speak words that create positive or negative situations in our lives. Our lives today are the totality of what we have been thinking and speaking.  If we speak doubt and fear, the “aroma” of those words can be “smelled” by the adversary the same way the “aroma” of belief and faith can be “smelled” by God.  Each day we have a decision before us; will we speak words that bring life or words that bring death.

In Mark 11:23, 24, Jesus explains to the disciples that our faith can move mountains and we will have what we say. God speaks those things that be not as though they were. We can do the same thing. Each day we have a decision before us; will we speak words that bring life or words that bring death.

Faith expressed through our words and our prayers to the Father in the name of Jesus will change our lives. Choose life today and speak only belief and faith!
